SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We take great care packaging and dispatching every piece from our Gold Coast studio. Below is everything you need to know about how your order will get to you.

 

Production Times

Because everything we make is handcrafted to order, your piece needs time to be made before it can ship.

     Made-to-order products: approximately 4–6 weeks from order confirmation to dispatch.

     In-stock products: dispatched within 1–4 business days of ordering.

 

We'll send you a confirmation email when your order is received, and keep you updated as your piece moves through production. You'll hear from us again when it's ready to ship.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your order. If you'd like a shipping estimate before placing your order, just get in touch:

Delivery Locations

     We ship Australia-wide.

     We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

     For international enquiries, please contact us directly to discuss options.

 

 

Packaging & Safe Transit

Every piece is carefully packed in our studio before it leaves us. We use purpose-built packaging to protect your concrete during transit and minimise any risk of damage in delivery.

 

A Tip Before You Start Installation

If your order includes a basin or any piece that requires cabinetry cutouts, we strongly recommend waiting until your piece has arrived before cutting any holes. Concrete dimensions can have minor natural variations, and it's much easier to fit your cabinetry to your piece than the other way around.

 

Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect your order carefully as soon as it arrives. This is important:

     If the outer packaging shows visible damage, do not sign for or accept the delivery.

     Refusing a damaged delivery means the courier will return it to us for inspection and resolution — this is the fastest way for us to help you.

     If you accept the delivery and notice damage afterwards, contact us within 48 hours with photos and a description of the issue.

 

Please do not install or attempt to connect the piece before contacting us if you suspect damage — once a product is installed it cannot be assessed for transit damage.

 

Reporting Damage

If damage is identified after delivery, contact us as soon as possible — and no later than 48 hours after receipt. Please include:

     Clear photos of the damage to the product.

     Clear photos of the packaging as it arrived.

     A brief description of the issue.

 

The more detail you can provide upfront, the faster we can work to resolve it for you.

 

Storage & Delayed Deliveries

Once your piece is complete and ready for delivery or installation, we will contact you to arrange a suitable date. We understand that building and renovation timelines can shift, and we'll always do our best to work with you.

However, because each finished piece occupies production equipment and warehouse space needed for other orders, a storage fee of $50 per week (inc. GST) will apply for any order that cannot be dispatched or installed within 7 days of the agreed ready date.

We will always notify you before storage fees begin and will work with you to find the earliest possible delivery window. To avoid fees, please ensure your site is ready to receive your piece within 7 days of being notified it is complete.
