At Edje Concrete, we take great care to ensure your concrete pieces arrive safely and on time. Below you'll find all the information you need about our shipping and delivery process.

Production Times

Made-to-order products: Shipped approximately 4–6 weeks after ordering, once production is complete.
In-stock products: Shipped within 1–4 business days of ordering.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready to ship.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Delivery Locations

We ship Australia-wide.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
If you are located outside of Australia and interested in our products, please get in touch to discuss options.

Packaging and Safe Transit

We take great care in packing our products to ensure they arrive safely and without damage.
All items are securely wrapped and prepared for transit to minimise risk during delivery.

Important: Inspect on Delivery

Please inspect your delivery carefully upon arrival.
Do not sign for or accept the package if you see visible damage to the box or packaging.
- If you refuse the delivery due to damage, the courier will return the package to us for inspection and resolution.

Reporting Damage

If you notice any damage to your product after accepting delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
