RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Edje Concrete, all of our products are individually handcrafted. As a result, each piece is unique, with natural variations in colour, texture, and finish that are part of the character and beauty of concrete.

For this reason, we do not offer returns or refunds in the following circumstances:

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind after placing your order.

Natural Variations in Concrete

Concrete is a natural, handcrafted material. Exact colour and finish replication is not possible.
Variations between batches, differences in texture, colour shading, pinholes, and other subtle features are inherent characteristics of the material.
These variations can also occur in comparison to showroom samples or photos.

Order Accuracy and Cancellations

Production begins once an order is confirmed and paid for.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept changes or cancellations after manufacturing has commenced.
Please ensure all order details, including measurements, finishes, and features, are correct before finalising your purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items

In the unlikely event your product arrives damaged due to a manufacturing fault or transit damage (where arranged by Edje Concrete), you may be entitled to repair or replacement in line with our Warranty policy.
Any claims must be reported to Edje Concrete as soon as possible after delivery, with photos and details provided.
Damage resulting from misuse, failure to follow Care & Maintenance guidelines, improper installation by others, or other trades damaging the product on site is not covered under warranty or eligible for replacement.

Custom Orders

All Edje Concrete products are custom-made to order.
Due to their bespoke nature, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
