All made to order products are posted 3-5 weeks after ordering. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

Already In-stock products will be posted 1-4 business days after ordering.

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on your location. If you would like a shipping quote in advance feel free to contact us at info@edjeconcrete.com.au

Please note we are unable to ship products to PO boxes. 

We ensure that we pack our products for the safest arrival and avoid any damages throughout transit. Please do not sign or accept your products if you believe the box is damaged, as this may have happened during transit. We will be notified by our courier company of the refusal and we can inspect.

Please contact us within 48 hours if your product appears damaged once delivered at info@edjeconcrete.com.au

At this stage we ship Australia wide, but please get in touch if you are outside of Australia.

Refund Policy

Edje Concrete offer exchanges on our in-stock products only, no refunds. All exchanges must be made within 14 days from date of purchase. The returned product must be in new, unused condition. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned product, as well as the shipping cost for the new product.

Unfortunately, Edje Concrete does not offer refunds. In the unlikely event that your product is damaged you may be entitled to a replacement or refund.

Custom orders:

Edje Concrete commence manufacture once the product has been paid for and unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to your order or accept cancellations. Please ensure that your order is correct before finalising.
