My order hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?

If you haven’t received an email from our transport company, it means your product is still in manufacture and will likely be ready soon. Feel free to email us at info@edjeconcrete.com.au and we will be in touch to give you an update on your product.

If you have any concerns about your order, do not hesitate to contact us at info@edjeconcrete.com.au

How do you package your products?

We ensure that we are as environmentally conscious with our packaging as possible, however, we need to ensure that your product is delivered to you safely. Edje Concrete products are padded with foam, then boxed in thick recyclable cardboard boxes.

How should I care for my product?

Please do not use any harsh cleaning products, and avoid anything abrasive to make contact, such as scourers, on your Edje Concrete product. pH-neutral cleaning products are best for concrete, we recommend using warm soapy water. To find out more, read our care and maintenance section.

Do I need to seal my product?

No, your product is sealed by us 🙂

What are the lead times?

We currently have a 3-5 week lead time on all of our products. If you are after a piece ASAP, check out our in-stock section within our shop or contact us at info@edjeconcrete.com.au to see if we are able to get it to you sooner.

What can I expect with the finished products?

Edje Concrete products are handcrafted by us from start to finish and we ensure that the natural beauty of concrete and all of the small imperfections are maintained. Edje Concrete products may contain small air pockets and vary in colour which is a natural process of concrete. We cannot predict whether each piece will or will not have air pockets.

Oh no! My product changes colour when wet?

Don’t fret, this is completely normal with concrete. When concrete is wet it will appear stained, however, water will not go through the concrete, and it will turn back to its original colour once dry.

Do you have many colours to choose from?

We have 14 different colours to choose from and we plan on having many more to come in the future. If you are unsure of what colour to pick you can order one of our colour sample packs today!
